We built this IR halogen lamp with one place in mind: Monforts industrial heating setups. It’s a direct-fit, high-output heater that drops right in to replace the standard OEM lamps on textile finishing and drying lines. The whole point? Heat that wakes up fast and stays steady, even when the machine never stops.
What makes it tick
This lamp runs at 400V and 2500W, packing a lot of heat into a 300mm tube. That’s the kind of power density that lets you hit high line speeds without needing a bigger machine. And the 400V rating? It lines up with the power setup most plants already have for industrial heaters, so you don’t have to overthink wiring or worry about current draw.
Built to stay honest
Inside, the halogen-cycle quartz envelope keeps output consistent over the life of the lamp. No blackening. No drift. You get repeatable heating performance, shift after shift, with stable color temperature. The R7s connector is an industrial workhorse for this form factor, giving a solid mechanical and electrical joint that can handle vibration and the daily push and pull of heating up and cooling down.
On the line, where it counts
On a Monforts line, you need heat that comes on instantly, holds steady, and installs without a headache. This lamp does exactly that—starts on command, runs at a stable temperature, and drops in as a like-for-like replacement. And we stand behind it: if our lamp doesn’t match the heating output of your current brand on the same machine, we’ll refund the price difference. One practical note: that 2500W density means you need solid cooling and proper reflector alignment. Spec those right from the start, and this lamp will hold steady, day in and day out. We designed it to take the heat—literally.
