Why Quartz and the R7s Connector
We chose a high-purity quartz tube for a reason: it handles the shock of rapid on-off cycles without flinching. The halogen cycle keeps the filament steady, so output stays consistent over time. And the shortwave infrared doesn’t just scorch the surface—it gets right into the PET, heating from the inside out. Then there’s the R7s double-ended connector.
