A Few Tips for Setup

These are designed to slide right into most industrial curing racks. Just a heads-up: definitely hook them up to a PID controller. You don’t want to accidentally cook your substrate. Also, keep in mind that packing 1000W into a small space creates a lot of waste heat. Make sure your booth’s ventilation can actually handle the temperature spike. If the air stays too stagnant, the lamp ends can overheat, or the quartz might even stress and crack. Keep it cool, and these things will treat you right.
