This thing is all about packing a lot of heat into a small footprint. We’re talking 2500W of power focused onto a 300mm tube. That means you get rapid warm-up and precise temperature control, right where you need it. And the 400V voltage? That was a deliberate choice. It keeps the current lower for the same power, which means you can use smaller cables and not worry about voltage dropping off over distance. So even if your control cabinet is several meters away, it’s not a problem. The 300mm length hits that sweet spot, too. It’s short enough to squeeze into tight corners, but long enough to spread the heat evenly across the target area.

Inside, the halogen elements are housed in a quartz envelope. Why quartz? Because it can handle extreme heat while staying crystal clear. The jacket coating isn’t just for looks. It actually redirects infrared energy back toward the work, which boosts efficiency and keeps nearby parts from getting blasted by radiant heat. And the R7s connector makes installation a snap. It’s a simple, two-pin, straight-through setup that carries the full current without any fuss. So you spend less time with a wiring diagram and more time with your machine up and running.
