Setting this up is pretty straightforward. Just wire the sensors directly to your part or the jig. One pro tip: make sure your lead wires are shielded. Conveyor motors put out a lot of electromagnetic noise, and you don’t want that messing with your readings. Once it’s running, you’ve got a hard paper trail for your audits. If a part fails, you don’t have to guess what happened. You just look at the record and see exactly where it went wrong—maybe it skipped a zone or the oven dipped in temp. Simple as that.
